Sara Poldaas is Director of Portfolio Services at Mawer Investment Management Ltd, which she joined in 2010. In her role, she oversees Investment Operations, Institutional Client Service, Portfolio Implementation and Client Operations teams. She has been a member of the firm's Board of Directors since 2019.

Ms. Poldaas has over 2 decades of investment operations leadership and institutional client experience. Prior to joining Mawer, she was Manager of Prime Brokerage Client Operations as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London, England. Previous to that role, she served Goldman Sachs' EMEA institutional clients. Before working in the investment industry, she worked on editorial production teams at Associated New Media, Confetti, and Amazon.co.uk.

She is an active volunteer in her community, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Calgary’s Music Mile and is a past board member of the Wildlands Development Society and the Inglewood Community Association.
