Nikki Barczewska is the Research Department Manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which she joined in 2013. She coordinates the research team’s processes, tasks, schedules, and is the first point of contact for access to research team members. In addition, she arranges the bulk of the team's global research trips, as well as corporate access.

Ms. Barczewska holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and attended the University of Leeds and the University of Pau and Pays de L’Adour. Prior to joining Mawer, she held a variety of administrative roles across different industries in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
