Allison Webb is the Chief Marketing and People Officer at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which she joined in 2013. In this role, she is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's marketing and people strategy. She also is a member of the firm's Executive Team and is the co-chair of Mawer’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. She previously served on the Board of Directors.

Ms. Webb has over 25 years of marketing and leadership experience including senior roles with LoyaltyOne, Critical Mass, and MacLaren McCann. She holds a BA in Communications and MBA from the University of Calgary. Ms. Webb currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Silver Linings Foundation and is a past board member of the Famous 5 Foundation and the Churchill Park Family Care Society.
